I mean... its just... ridiculous... I mean that in an entirely positive way. Great engineering skills on show here. I'm privelidged to see your thought process. I love the stance and rake of this pickup, the angle of that chopped roof is great everything is... so tell me what are you **** at? There must be a balance!?! Great work Robin, look forward to seeing more of your work in future!
Thanks alot man! ye, there are some things I struggle with sometimes, but still learning, and want to be better you know! Means alot to hear, I will show more things this year! More pictures: /Robin
Wow, Alumatruck, you have some seriously amazing skills. I can't believe you are only 20 years old. Congratulations on your abilities, your vision, and your SERIOUS talent. Are you planning on using the chrome reversed wheels in some of the pictures? They look really good against the raw aluminum.
Me and my brother after our first hot rod meet with the Alumatruck! Was alot of attention to the truck!
The true hot rod spirit. If you can't find what you need, build it. Awesome work for any builder, let alone a guy 20 years old!
Hi Guys! Some info about the weight, full of gas the weight is 882 Kilos! My weight is 73 kilos also! Also it runs great! Have been to 4 different meets in Sweden, and i'm going to a meeting called A-bombers this weekend! Also, there is alot more to do with it, so prepare for some updates during this autumn/winter! Have a nice day, and I will have a great night! /Robin
Since the vast majority of HAMBers weigh in pounds, converted to them it weighs 1,940 lbs....again very nice work thanks for sharing.
You have a great future ahead of you! Your craftsmanship is awesome for such a young man. Have FUN it's going to be a good ride.
Great job! ...not a duplicate of the original Ford, but a very nice hot rodder's interpretation of the key element of that year's design.
1st off... really awesome blend of new styling & traditional look... have you done anything to protect against galvanic corrosion, between the Aluminum & the steel parts ???
I just saw this build. I was all ready to say, "I'm going to follow this thead," but then it was over! Great skills and a wicked quick build! Love the truck.
