I'll try this again, my first video was blocked to some people due to my choice of music. See if this works. Turn it up! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qT0NcW9bml8
Cool - Thanks - had the wrong music? hey, what brand were those hats that did not blow off out on the road?
That was almost as good as riding along with you guys. Well, not really but it looks like you both had a lot of fun. Thanks for posting the link.
Thanks again to all of you. The music on the first video that caused the blockage was a couple of ZZ Top songs: "La Grange" and "Tube Steak Boogie". Look em up. The keys to the hat are: 1. 1/2 size too large 2. chin strap 3. don't get too fat so that the chin strap has a chin to hook to. We were there on Sunday. I heard that Saturday was way more crowded. My friend Ramsey took a while to figure out his head gear.
We shot it on a Go Pro Hero in the waterproof housing. I don't know if the housing widens the lens angle or not. I know it has a "hemi" outer lens. I think the gopro has a pretty wide angle lens on it's own.
What a great video. Thanks for the trip that I've always wanted to take. LA Roadster Show in a roadster..... Priceless.
That first stop with the green vest guy was when we hit the "shiny roadster's gate" I thought I'd give it a try first. I'd even WD 40'd the primer to make it shiny. No luck, we had to go to the "other" parking/swap meet area..and pay. But we still infiltrated the shiny area with the gopro...till we were re-directed out of there...ha ha
