Hey, guys, I enjoyed the afternoon and getting to hang out with so many of you. I gotta say, I don't think I've ever done so much sweating while just sitting down in my life. Another go round in October or April, when its cooler, would be great. Chuck, golf cart?! Glad to hear you're on the mend. Next time, get one with an approved cage, huh?
man that was a awesome show.yall did a good job mr jimmy and jamie.it was fun sat. night with pbr throwin flames and lawn mowers and everything else.hate that that happened to chuck though, hope he gets well soon.can't wait till next year ,i'll for sure have something there.
It was a pretty cool show I had alot of fun....I just didnt know what was going on when all the cops showed up at 3:30 AM....I knew we were all going to jail haha..Next year we will have a bigger swimming pool on the back on my truck..Heres a couple of my favorite pics....The first one is of PBRmeASAP setting gr*** on fire....next one is two front engine dragsters....Next is Shottz' 32 roadster....and last is Hogmtndaves AWESOME 3 window....We are thinking about putting another one on in October...different name and cooler weather...We went and check on stealthcruiser last night at the hospital and he should be coming home today...I hope all you Atlanta guys found your way to the hospital I know it was hard using my directions...I couldnt even tell oldcarpilot how to get to the grocery store here in reynolds....haha...JAmie

As for Peaches I already miss you

I try not to. Tell you what, it wasn't a cheap weekend. Gas for that damn car was about $80 alone! Whew... Gotta save up for the next trip.
Thanks to Jimmie and crew for putting the deal together. Y'all's work was appreciated by everyone. This event was what I envisioned as what the hamb drags must be like...just hotter and on a smaller scale. Thanks to everybody that helped me get down the track. It's always good to know that someone is watching your back. Chuck...hope you're feeling better buddy. It was good to meet folks and put some faces with those names. Oh yeah, did I mention it was really hot?
Good to meetyou dave...i loved your car...felt stupid asking what it had in it and it written all over the hood...HAHAHa...Jamie
Jamie, what happened to my art work you were goin to do? Just cause I now have an all out drag car dont' mean it can't look good. L.O.L.
HAHAHAHAHAAHA..........now that's funny!!!!!!!! Josh, told you, you'd be in the 13's, just think if we had the time to pop my slicks on that thing....and cooler temps had a blast can't wait till next year.....my truck maybe.... O'yah, and peaches.....that **** makes me laugh, didn't remember it till sunday and he refered to himself as peaches.....
Yah - Jeff you were right man, I was really suprised - high 13's woo hoo. maybe some slicks and cold air, maybe a roller cam..propbably not, but I can dream. I just talked to Chuck's wife a little while ago. He is at home and resting, The doc didn't do a second cat scan but did restrict him to staying in his house out of the heat for 2 weeks! The doc said the heat could make the brain swell. He is thinking sharp and can get up to walk around. It was a serious lick. That is going to kill Chuck to sit around for that long. Just thank GOD you are all right CHUCK MAN. Now we no for sure that you got a hard head. Rest and get well. What was it you said - your mind is like an Elephant's with amnesia??? ROD RUN TO LOVEJOY SUNDAY if Susan says it OK.
Good to hear he's doing good....but i'll agree 2 weeks....he'll be going crazy, as if he isn't already!
22 What..., Days...? Weeks...? And was his "***" on fire while he was running down the track...??? When Jeff burns out his taillights ..., He "Burns OUT" the taillights and most of his paintjob...!!!!
Yeah, great show. Hate I had to cut out early, sounds like I missed all the fun. Definetly down for a fall show.
22 weeks........ cars slow, what can i say....but i can make up for it being slow, kinda like me.... fire!
jimmy and jamie,____thanks for all the effort you two put into this event. i had about as much fun as a person can have in 95 degrees heat. the heat index was over 100 degrees. next time lets shoot for 105.____dan
still kicking, noggin' is a little sore, vision a little blurry at times, and speech is getting better. this stayin' in the house **** is gonna 'kill me though! as for the golf cart, probably just an approved seat would have helped immensley! i don't even remember tumbling off the back of that ****er! must have been pretty late,or i was working on a buzz already, (naaaa, not me). i will be ok ,and thanks all for your concern. the layin' low for two weeks will drive me nuckin' futs! later all.
