Seconded on Ames Performance. OPGI also has GTO/Lemans/Tempest stuff. I prefer Ames followed by Performance Years since they specialize in Pontiacs.

When I built my 67 GTO I used Ames, OPG, and the goat farm.

I had a Gto a while back and Ames is the way to go. Also some good forums on Internet for old Pontiacs to get advice and tips. Year one will have some stuff too.
64's are cool cars. I always wanted to take an old tempest and make a period drag car out of it running a 455.

I think that's a 215 six, a two year only motor, and a two speed powerglide. 0-60 in 17 seconds.

Motor is similar to Chevy 230 if it's the 215.
