Hey everyone, long time lurker, finally decided to join up now that I am planning on starting up a new project. Been messing with old iron since I was a kid (dad got me into it), built a 54 GMC pickup with with a custom frame, trans-am clip, 455 pontiac and a TH400 in high school (my first vehicle). Drove it for many years through high school and college, still have it in the garage. Have owned quite a few cars/trucks over the years (26 so far), most notable are the 49 GMC suburban I have now (new project), 52 Hudson wasp (had to sell it to pay bills), and working on setting up a 55 Chevy LCF on a 1 ton dually frame. Once I get my 54 pickup running again, planning to start on the 49 suburban, going to be setup as my family weekend truck, should be a fun build. Hoping I can get a good build thread going soon!
Thanks guys! Since joining I've noticed my productivity in the garage has slowed, so much great info, awesome rides, and cool stories
