    haven't gotten nearly as much as i'd like to have done on her. but i got rid of the supremes and went back to steelies with wide whites. wrong offset for the car. I had to clearences my calipers because of the way the wheels are stamped and welded. Also put the hubcaps that were on the car when i first bought it back on. I think it looks way better.

  5. Car has a killer side profile and I too love the flowing lines - very good call moving the back glass as well. I like it with the steelies/caps too... nice looking ride man - keep at it.

    will a v8 fit under the hood of these cars i just bought a 49 coronet and i am just doing some homework to see what works and what doesn't. any help would be much appreciated

    yeah. it's pretty common to put them in them. you have to set it 2 inches to the passenger side. a buddy of mine has a 350 in his 50 plymouth. I can ask him what all he had to do. think you have to use a passenger side exhaust manifold on the drivers side to get around the steering box too.
