Well, it took a month but it drove out of the shop today!!
Im SO happy with the way it rides! I still have some little things to do like an exhaust system and gauges...
Thanks to "51box" for all his help, even when I could do it myself:p
"a coupe" for a heated shop and everybody else that had a hand in this with parts, time, beer, or even motivation!:D

I know it doesnt look like much but the body dropped close to 3" in the back and the ride was improved 10 fold! Heres a little before (on the top) and after (on the bottom)

Big improvement for sure !!! I'll be in the same boat. After spending countless hours and thousands of dollars, the coupe will look basically the same. Same wheels, color etc. I guess the people that matter will know.

Looks great Bill! Can't wait to see it and the big smile on your face after a comfy ride. I gotta straighten out the rear end my coupe one of these days!!

Great work and it's a better car for it, but I liked the stance better before!

If I were running 7.50s in the back it would have looked a lot better before. But, I dont like 7.50s at all! There was just too much of a gap above the tire to the fender line.
Now it looks all nice and tucked in without too much truck tire rubber.

COOL roadster! Gotta feel good to be driving again knowing it is a better built car. Seriously, I bet you wouldn't have shinned yourself as often if your floor wasn't black n' white checkers (depth perception 'n all)....ewwww, seasick much?

That was made by the world renowned directional maker "Pat Pending"!

I believe it is a Pioneer unit. The hammertone was the actual finish, they made them in chrome too...they were universal aftermarket 50s pieces
