I'm looking for a modern paint code for the color of this 36 Ford. I'm told that it might be called "Dusty Gray"

I see the color listed over the years for Cad, Olds, Buick and Pontiac on http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcodedisplay.cgi?color=Dusty Gray&tditzler=&rows=50

However when calling PPG and DuPont, and using all of these codes, they can't seem to give me a modern formula.

Anyone know of a similar color code for a more modern version that I can get mixed in two stage paint? If it's not "Dusty Gray" I'd love to know the color name on this 1936 Ford roadster. :D

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks,

    John

It may be grayer than the pic shows, but it looks like cordoba tan, which my 36 was when I got it. I got some paint to redo a fender and they only had a mix in lacquer.
