I have 3 , 16 inch diameter wheels. Inside wheel stamp says BUDD92841 5 lug, 5 x 4.5 inch with an extra smaller hole as well narrow. about 4.5 inch wide. I thought they were late 40's ford, but I'm not too sure. could be chrysler? old dodge truck?
See the extra locator hole for a locating peg? That means wheel bolts not lug nuts, so probably Mopar from about 37-47 in cars and somewhat later in light trucks.
As far as I know, the ring around the hubcap area is what makes it a truck wheel. I have had several p***enger car wheels and all have clips for the hubcap a nd no raised edge.
Dodge trucks used clips on the wheels to hold the hub caps through '55; in '56, they switched to the bottle cap hub caps when they changed over to tubeless tires. The small hole would be for a locating stud on the hub, as the wheel would be held by lug bolts.
Dodge, all right. You guys are sharp as usual. (yes, that extra hole is a 'pilot hole' for a guide stud. Wish our '66 'Herbie' had that! Herbie's getting studs & nuts. (available at tire stores, for your info)
