very nice, Jag front and rear suspension, prolly handles like a dream on corners. I may change out the 6 eventually for a mild 283 with twin 97's and a auto over the 5 speed, but thats for later when I get tired of shifting..

Here's the '39 Chevy my dad bought a few weeks after I was born in '82. It's been a slow project. Right now it's sitting on a Pontiac front sub frame (it was free). Definitely some good ideas on here.

Hmm, now this one looks to have some very serious bad ass potential. The wheels aren't bad, but if it were mine, I'd prefer to try to work with some old steel ones myself. Anyone got any more info on this truck? Looks like the tail end is sloped and the rear axel has slide back. Maybe they started with a heavy duty truck and chassis and lowered it and fit the pickup bed on it.

Whoa, I like this one too, sweet.

I prefer shiny paint, but I can overlook that on these.

I talked to the guy with the Dually he built the bed. He was there with it year before last and I loved it then he told me that on his way home from Bowling Green that year 20 miles from the campgroung he blew it up. He had just gotten it back together with a Cummins Turbo Diesel and an Allison transmission. He did many a burnout in the campground in the "burnout" area.

Also as a sidenote this one has a 426 Hemi mounted in the bed and it is super clean.

my pictures of it suck though.
I have some old ones somewhere.
