Tom thanks for the shots,so much beauty there (cars) you never knew which way to turn next.My wife and I were very impressed with the train layout ,what detail, yes we saw the barn finds across the railway tracks. We are booked again for next year (13 hour flight) but it is worth it.

Thanks for the positive comments everyone.

Lil32, I wondered if anyone would comment on the "barn finds" I tucked in between rod shots. Everything in the train layout showed the same detail as those car models, meticulous. I guess the whole thing is 1/24 scale.

I do have a few more good shots I am editing and will eventually post.

In response to your email Ashley, here's another shot of the "A" that I really like a lot, which I took in Scottsdale last fall. I'm sure it's the same car, although it appears to have louvers added now, which makes it better still. That's the only other shot I have.

You are on the right track with your build, that's one of the nicest "A" roadsters ever.

Thanks, man. That means a lot coming from you as I am a big fan of your models. They combine great workmanship with excellent style.

I'm pretty sure with that center-mounted alternator and casting on the heads that it's a 4.6L Ford with fancy injection and valve covers. Looks good though! :)

Thanks Tom and Jeem. It does look like the same car with louvres added, I thought it would have been black but it appears to be dark blue/green, never the less it looks killer. I will do some google searching now I have a name, thanks again guys. Cheers ash
