like when you finish smoothing bumpers and the trunk lid and some guy going 75 nails the car from behind.... my buddys ok, but now the future of the car is unknown. ill try my best to get it back on the rd. its to nice of a driver to part out(it still drives). just bought some packard tail lights for it too...damnit.
Been there.......... Had that done to my 40 Ford coupe. Just be calm and get after the insurance guys...... Don't let them give you the " it is a total and we pay 500 dollars " routine. I made them pay to fix mine......but I did have to talk about my back and neck......and my lawyer. And it took 6 weeks to get the cash...... .
yeah, it sucks... even frame damage... zack can save it maybe.. if not, we will part it out and finish the kids hot rod...
dddddddddddddam that being said i think its fixable, if you dont want to put the effort into that major operation though id sell it to some one you know WILL. dont let that driver end up a parts car itd be a hell of a shame
I had the same happen to my first 53 olds back in 84,no insurance and not even a citizen of this county. All I had was liability so my insurance would not help me and it was cheaper to buy another car then to fight that a-hole in court,I bought another 53 olds for 150 dollars that was better then the one that got hit.
