From the film "Carry on Cabby" one of the first carry on films and one of the best. It actually had a plot and storyline.



The front wheels and axle appear to have been taken from a Ford "Pop" or Anglia.

I'm referring back to the 2 page spread that shows the custom pickup and the tow vehicle upside down in the grass along the highway and the letter of apology and thanks on the opposing page... (post #113) Can you imagine FLAT TOWING a custom car all around the country these days? Imagine the hours of detailing that you'd have to do once you arrived at the next town where the car show was going to be held. There are a bunch of car guys that I know that won't even consider hauling their car or truck on an OPEN trailer, much less flat towing something! How times have changed!
