Chris Gross (pins and needles) attended the 2012 Santa Cruz Metal Meet and meet up with the guys from Baileigh. He came prepared with a project for the MH-19 Multi / Power Hammer. He wanted to build a firewall for his hot rod. Chris Rusch (our head design engineer) helped him out a little. Starting off with the 3" Thumbnail shrink dies in “power hammer mode.” The panel started to take shape very fast. Chris finished it off with the planishing dies and the BR-16E bead roller. The total project to a little more than an hour or so.

Those machines are just the best Shane, can you post up another pic or two showing how the 'thumb-nail' dies work and what they do to the metal?
