ID plymouth racing division stickers?

    hope everyone had a good 4th of july!

    Need some info on these stickers. I can't determine the time they were used or how they were distributed. Google and tineye have been no help.

    From here those look like waterslide decals. They were a novelty piece, not Plymouth issue. Avaliable from any hobby shop, or mail order catalog (Honest Charlie, Almquist, Whitney etc).

    Mainstream waterslides were on the way out by the late 60's due to technology.

    They could have come from the Direct Connection operation in the late 60's or early 70's. I do remember buying stuff like that, including a red Dodge windbreaker, from the dealer. They also had a ****-Pak club with novalties, decals, stuff.

    I have a set of those (whats left of them) on my 46 Plymouth. I would have to agree late 60's early 70's
