It is a candy apple blue, diamond tuck interior, two 4 barrels carbs, 327 chevy engine, 4 speed BM automatic, Stewart Warner gauges, 60 thousand miles on it, 456 positive rear end, runs excellent black leather interior, has no hood.

As it was described in the eBay cl***ified section.

Congrats, that car is a true late 60's early 70's time capsule. I think I'd just go through the safety things like the brakes that no doubt should have attention and change all the fluids and drive it.

Great find! Congratulations. Now bring it down and do a burnout in front of my house, show my neighbors some cl***.

Thanks for all the kind words! I LOVE finding old Hot Rods...it's like a drug, the thrill of the hunt! This coupe will make it 6 old Hot Rod Deuces that I have found and purchased.
    2 - 3 Windows, 2 - Roadsters and 2 - 5 Windows.

As far as plans...I'm going to go through the brakes, rebuild the carbs and drive it.

I'm not crazy about the wheels and tires, but I feel like they should be left alone and the car should really stay as original as possible.

I'm also going to see how I get on with the B&M Hydro Stick on the street. Me and Eugene both agreed that a chevy 4 speed might be better off in the car for street driving...but we will see.

    More pics soon.

Did you print out the ad for it?
Years from now, it will be nice to have.

Of course , there is always this thread. I gotta feeling it'll be at the top for quite a while, I read it around 6:00am today.

Diggin' the cycle fenders, the peaked ones are still sought after, Triumph maybe?

I do have the advert printed out...and waiting on all the old photos and racing slips from Eugene when he finds them

    Here are some more pics...

The cycle fenders are made from a 1936 Ford spare wheel carrier.

    Wow...that baby needs nothing.

I mean, it's got the late 60's/early 70's funk all over it (not my style), but still.....it's just over the top cool.

This thread needs a video of you cranking that sweetheart up and driving it.

WOW!!! Great Trad. car. If it is a 12 Sec. car, I would sure work on the radius rods and wishbones mounts.

I've seen Eugene's forlorn look a few times in my life. Used it once myself.

I wouldn't change a thing but the fluids.

    Dang.
