32 roadster just isn't going to happen after all

I found a 32 I could afford, fairly close by and for sale soon. Man I wanted this one! But due to some all of a sudden family issues ( terminal illness) I had to back out. Hated to have to but maybe I'll find another in the future.
I will let the owner post the info when he is ready .
