Cant find a diagram for this starter

I have a 305 and trying to wire this starter. I am just not sure what wires go where. If someone can help it will be much appreciated.

 

The upper large lug is where your positive battery cable goes. The small connection is for your START wire.

 

When you say start wire...does that wire go to the key switch?

 

Make sure the cable from the lower terminal is not touching or shorting on the starter body.

A short circus can be entertaining.
