Sad to hear. I knew a Bob Wheeler when I worked at a bike shop around fifteen years ago. He was from Carthage but Navada isn't that big of a move so it could be the same Bob Wheeler? Dude rode an early BMW and always had crazy stories to tell. Anyone know how long Bob had been with Night Prowler?
Mick, Man I am sorry to hear that. I know I've visited with him both on the phone and in person at shows. Always helpful, as is everyone at Night Prowlers. My thoughts and prayers are with both his family and his extended family at the shop. Any memorials to contribute to in his name?
I don't know, I'll try to find out, and I'll pass on the information. (Memorials, Insurance or ??????) I'll find out to see if they have a need besides our prayers..........
R.I.P. Bob Wheeler I've never met the man, and now I'll never get to Wishing the family and friends of Bob, all my best.
don't know that i ever met him, but if he was a friend of yours, mick, he must have been a-ok. my prayers and sympathy for/to his family and friends.
Sad, that is the fourth person I have heard died since Friday night, got a call from my best friend a few hours ago telling me his dad was killed last night by a lady who ran a red light...........my co-worker seen an accident occur on Sat evening where another lady ran a light and t boned a mini-van crushing it around the guy, he lived for about 5 minutes after they cut him out of the van. everyone drive safe.
Sorry to here about Bob. I often visited with him and he had been here to the shop a couple of times in the past. I will pass the word locally.
What a bummer. We met Bob a couple of times the last one being in Lancaster after Skipstich's HAMB BBQ, went out to dinner with Gary and Bob. Bob was more of a traveling buddy to Gary than an employee. He knew the business well and was able to answer any questions you had about getting parts for custom cars. I never met his "real" family, but his "extended" family like Gary and Mollie have realy got to be hurting over this sudden loss. R.I.P. Bob Dennis & Sue
I hasve been to the shop, bought from Bob, and have visited with him at shows when he was not working and when he was, Always the same, pleasant. Bob was a Kustom guy in spirit and in ownership. He will be missed. Jim
My condolences to family and friends. If someone could project a smile over the phone, he did. He always helped me with my order, even when I had no clear idea what exactly I wanted! May he rest in peace.
This is Bob Wheeler's wife, Sharon. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers for me and my son, Jamie, during this time of need. It means so much to us that you took the time to remember and pray for Bob. Happy Cruisin' Sharon
MAN, Crap! Ditto on the bad news, its been carnage around our parts this past week too. God Bless Bob and say a prayer for his loved ones. Does Myers know??? I assume so, since he does so much for the Prowler boys. Reverend Jake
