Cars like that are best left as they are. Bone stock! They're cool, inexpensive, and just plain fun to drive. Down side, My son calls them grandpa cars.
I agree, when someone tries customizing a car like that it just comes off as wrong most times. Put new fluids in it, fill up the tank, and drive it. Sometimes it is refreshing to just see an old car the way they came off the assembly line. Don't even put fuzzy dice in it. Very cool litte Studie. Don
There's a 64 down the road from me with 11.6 or 11.8 time on the windshield,it's almost the same color & everything minis the hubcaps & it has wrinkle walls on it. i only see it out when there's a good track day in Denver,
