These are probably the same showers I get a few hours later with them westerly winds......thanks mate.
You won't be getting any work done once the Olympics get underway........I know you love track more than hot rodding. Don
After all the hard work why pretend it was done in Al. USA. Your name should be on the car not some movie charactor. I always look to see what you are up to and am never not impressed, you are the best.
Thanks Mike, I just do my best mate, funny i was just thinking the other day i hadn't seen you posting much ?
Oh my god!!! That is freeking awsome! It took me 6hours to read the whole thread! I'm totally in awe, from looking at you work! I might even have shoot my pants a couple of times!! Thats the most beutiful peace of machinery I ever seen. Everything I ever built, welded, bent or milled, now looks like the work of an amateur with a broken hand! Place post pictures of that thing going down the track or strip, just so we can see thats it's build with use in mind! When you get there, In do time. Keep up the good work. I don't think I'm ready to check out the 26T yet. Not if I plan to go to bed tonightl. Thanks for posting!!
Not pretending mate at all, most people ***umed i would have my name on the car but its a fun car, nothing serious so i wanted a stupid fun name. Thanks for the positives they are appreciated.
Well after 3 weeks of persitant rain it looks like I maybe able to catch up and get to the Hotrod drags The period 60's waterslides turned up so tried a few out. My 90-10 front shocks arrived from the states but were slightly longer so the mounts had to be moved. Next i stripped out the rearend for painting & powder coating and started the big stripdown so i can mediablast the ch***is and get it painted. Hopefully i can make a few test runs at the HRD's, wish me luck with the weather
The car looks fantastic Langy. Hope the teardown and build up doesn't take too long, you'll miss having a complete car in your driveway. We will too!
