What I ment that standard oils will not accept ZDDP, they have someting in them that rejects it, hence the thought to use Brad Penn, or Joe Gibbs oils that have it in them when these oils are produced
I have used this stuff with no problems! what made me a very firm believer...was drilling aluminum 3/4" spacers and really Modockin through it very easily with just plain ol wd-40 figured I'd try some of the lucas oil stabilizer dipped a lil bit on the bit and it went nowhere...& I mean nowhere not a slither,shaving nuthin, it was like the harder you pushed it laughed at ya! cleaned the bit off with brake clean and continued eating through like warm ****er!
Being as the article is over 3 years old, I wonder how much lower the zinc levels are now than 3 years ago.
