Howdy! I have a '46 Chevy PU. I have replaced the king pins, and brakes. I am trying to set the caster. What is the recommended caster setting? The suspension is pretty much original. I noticed that the leaf springs have a slight negative arch. Is that normal, or common?

  3. Here's a picture of what my old stock setup looked like before it got trashed, hope that helps.

  5. Your springs are probably worn or desprung. There's probably a factory setting recommendation for caster but lots of guys shoot for 7 degrees which is what my 48 is set at. drives nice
