I don't usually come on this forum but I posted a thread asking where to buy a kick up rear crossmember for a Model A frame and got my thread deleated with a smart *** answer to "make it". What is with this? Did I do something wrong?

Proper intro first, technical questions after, and for the crossmember, if you want a kick up in the frame, you'll have to make it, there is no already made "rear kick up"...

Hey Bart. Larry Roller here. You bought my Model A roadster body. Don't sweat the small stuff...this place is a treasure trove of information, but you gotta follow the rules or some will bite...no biggee tho, they are not poisonous. :)

This "facebook" for guys can be weird. Some are like real serious but I always go here when I'm too drunk to drive. It's fun

it thoroughly discusses frame mods, and everything else starting with a stock model a frame.

FWIW,the Hambers that have been here for many years all posted intros long before the advent of the kinder gentler Hamb,,if you didn't you didn't stay long.

If you search the users post and they have been here more than 5 or 6 years chances are during one of the upgrades a lot of their earlier post were lost, including their intros.

I know I posted a lengthy introduction being forewarned of the wrath that awaited me if I didn't and I still caught hell,,my caps lock was on!

Regardless of how you fell about it,,it's one of Ryan's rules and the rest of us expect it. HRP

we don't really cover things like Mustang II equipped model-a frames man. We try to stick to the traditional. Sorry.

  16. Ah ha! Young gr***hopper failed to mention that little tidbit about mustangII...
