Any ideas on a good Machine shop around Indy

    New to the area need a good machine shop around Indy. Sombody to bore a 327, polish crank, resize rods, valve work, screw in studs. Nothing to special just someone who does good work on a old school build. Thanks Ron

    I used D&B Machine Shop a bunch of times with good results. They are on the southside, 2702 Brill Rd 317-786-1812

    I've used these guys. Do very good work. Not the cheapest but you will know what you are getting. They are located on the east side near 5 points. Dave www.MMCompetitionEngines.com

    D & B has closed. You might try Quinlan's on Madison on the south side. Or Schmidt's on E. 30th.

    Check with Bubba's Ignitions on Speedway....I bet he knows a good one.

    Thanks that will help a lot. I drive by M.M. on servive calls, will have stop and talk to them about my motor. I also will check out Schmidts on E. 30th Thanks Ron

    didn't know D&B closed. I haven't been there for a year. any idea why they closed?

    I heard "money problems" but don't quote me. They had a liquidation auction several months ago.
