1950 Pontiac Bumpers

I'm looking into getting a 50 Pontiac tudor sedan but they guy I'm getting it from did some pretty sketchy work to the body. Regarding the bumpers, the front is missing and the back, which isn't stock, is just welded to the body below the taillights. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the bumper brackets for the rear and/or what, if any, other bumper will fit the front. Maybe a GM/Chevy of the same year? Thanks.

If he did that to parts you can see, I'd hate to see what he did to parts you cant...

 

Chevy's not exactly the same but would probably work, however the frames are very different so the brackets may not work.
