Looking for colored lexan/plexiglass black and white for knobs and steering wheel

    Looking to buy small pieces of lexan or plexiglass to laminate for dragster butterfly wheel grips and hand brake color black and red maybe white. Anyone know where i can get my hands on some 1/8 0r 1/4 thick size 7"x4" Looking for remnants dont need a hugh sheet.
     
  2. Hobby shop is your best bet. We have two big chain hobby and craft stores here in the mid west, Micheal's and Hobby Lobby. The both carry what you are looking for or have in the past.

    There is a business not far from me that only deals in plastics. I have gone in a picked up scraps off and on and I know that they carry black, white and red. Here is their website:

    You could call and see if they have anything or let me know and I can run out on my lunch hour and check. Pm me the qty and sizes and I will check if you want.

    Shops that do plastic work or sell plastic cut to size have cut-offs and scrap. Sometimes they even give away misc scrap.

    THANKS MONKEY I have a line on something local take a look at the steering wheel on my dragster build it looks great/ fugitive dragster build.

    There's a place in Wichita Ks called "The Yard store" check them out on the web.
