Traditionally, our show is the sunday before the Street Rod Nationals,Which used to be in Columbus every third year. We started this to get some of the cars coming in to the nationals early at our show, and we did get several cars each year. Still do sometimes. These guys sometimes have campers.

Myself and some other club members have to be there the day before to set things up,so we always camp Saturday night. I like to invite HAMBers and other friends to join us....camping at a show is fun,and something that will cause me to choose a show over others.

We typically draw about 300 cars.

Yes, $10 registration fee. I wish it could be a free show, but it costs money to put it on.

Park rental, insurance, advertising, etc. Plus we give away five crisp fifty dollar bills at the awards ceremony, and buy event shirts for the first 25 registered cars.

In the end,we don't make much...and what we do make,we give to the Plain City Food Pantry and the Cancer Society(in memory of a fallen club member).

I usually close registration at 1p.m.

No problem with registration fee, had a few friends that want to come, and they had questions. Thanks for the reply! We'll be there with a 63' Impala and maybe some other cars.

Is there a guy named Nutter in that club? He comes from the heart of moonshine country and drives 39 and 40 Fords.

Had a great time at the show and Dad found a few things in the swap meet. Always a good one. Great spot for it too.
