So that is what PakRat32's channeled and fendered PU could look like painted. Super cool truck...

If you want the most bikes for your dollar, I guess you should go for Norrtälje (even though I've never been there myself). For the rods/bikes/rock&roll/cool vibes experience, I'd say OSW is it.

It can be that way here too. I hardly go to any other shows than those I know will gather a nice set of cars, and those shows are too few.
    But..., crying dolls???

  9. Chrisman, thanks for posting the great photos. It's always interesting to see what you guys crank out over there.

I couldn't help but take a peak at another of your albums and found this car. I think the grille treatment is extra cool. Any more info about the coupe or even maybe some build photos?

    Thanks, Dan

Cool! I'm glad to hear that they are still cruzin'... the last info that I had about them was that they weren't playin' that much. They havn't been to the Road Zombies B.B.Q. for 2 years now... So that's great news.

Again Thanks for postin' those photos... you've got a good eye!

Sounds like a cool night... wish I was there! If you get a chance tell'em "Eye Bone" said Hi!

My blues band "Blues Cadillac" plays a gig every thursday night in the same club in Northern California and several gals from Sweden come out to dance with us... Infact they are more regular than the Californians... Go figure! But it's a fun time anyway!

So keep up the cool thing you have goin' over there!

Thanks to the A-Bombers for this cool event! We all enjoyed it very much and did party the whole 3 days long! A lot of cool cars (really a lot! - even the parking lot for normal cars was full with cool customs from 1957-1964! f.e. 3 * 59 Impala Station Wagons, 61 Chevy Station, 64 Chevy Station, 2 * 1958 Impala Coupes and so on...)
Can´t wait for coming up again next year! :)
@all the americans: If you´ve ever planned to make a journey to Europe: Try to come over when the A-Bombers weekend happens! It´s worth it! :)

  14. Thanx for sharing your pics

I couldn't make it this year for the first time. /have been there every year since #4. I will be there again next year.. See you then!

I also made some black&white polaroids during the weekend, and some of them turned out pretty well I think.

I will be adding them as I get them ready to my regular site, should be done by tomorrow night. The link is in my signature below. They are in the Polarodding section at the bottom.

A sample: The Finnish model A sedan.

So, here are some galleries of me :)
The first gallery is of the beginning of our journey in Regensburg (Bavaria), we fetched some friends in Weiden (Bavaria) and Finsterwalde (Hot Heads East) (most of the pics are at Mike Langes Flathead & Hot Rod "farm" in Doberlug-Kirchhain (Germany)) and headed on to Sweden.
The second and the third galleries are already in Sweden at the A-Bombers. Gallery 4-7 i will put on tomorrow :)

  26. I never thought an Edsel grille could look so cool! But I guess if you remove the Edsel, it's a pretty neat grille!
