    Has anyone ever documented the part numbers for an early Ford(32) with SBC and an aftermarket radiator? Sure would save a lot of time at the parts store(again). I think of this every time I do it. Thanks

    Gates

    top hose: #20416
    bottom hose: #21956

    That's if the radiator is setup for a SBC.

    I have a small parts box in the trunk at all times with stuff needed to get me home. Such as an HEI module,cap and rotor, spark plugs , some hose clamps and enough fuel line to replace either one on the engine. I also have a list of part numbers for things like hoses and odd light bulbs. I have never needed it but I have loaned a few parts to others that were stranded.

    Always interesting to see what these parts end up crossing to;

    Upper hose 20416;
    Easiest to find if you need make/model/year that will be in everybody's database;
    1991-1995 BMW 318i, 318is BaseL4 - 1.8L 1796cc type M42 - MFI GAS DOHC

    The next newest app is Checker cab in the 70's, with the majority of apps being mid 60's GM products.

    Lower hose 21956;
    1992-1996 Dodge Dakota 3.9L v6 and 5.2L v8.
    Along with a mixed bag of B and D series dodges in the same year range.

    Alex.
