Im looking to swap out my 302 with another small block ford so I can get some more power out of it. I found this company and they are the best price for what your getting but I still wanted to see if anyone has ever bought from them and what they thought. If someone knows anywhere better for around the same price please post any help is appreciated.
    Thanks
    Aaron

Aaron , I am sure you can find a local engine builder close to you instead of seaching on the internet for one with pictures to buy from . You can always get a crate engine from Jegs or Summit or even your local Ford dealer that will back the warranty up if something would go wrong for a good price then put all the chrome you want on the engine for a lot less money .
I wish you lived closer to me because I could build you an engine for your wants and need at a very good cost .
    Just something to consider .

Ive looked at some of the big name places like summit jegs and alot of others and no one comes close to that price and the power you get for it. Ive talked to a couple people around my area that know engine builders and what not and they want an arm and a leg and they are building way to much power for what I need. Im not saying Ive called every place around here I can find but the ones I have not looking to good. The problem is Motor stuff is where I come into problems. I know very very little about them. But I have done research on building one and its over what I can get that for. I really do appreciate the help with this.

big,.... Tell the builder exactly what you need,...and a good one can and will build to suit. "Building way too much power" ? Just buy what you NEED,... It's YOUR $$, and YOUR car. Shop around...it really does pay.

One of our local brands of parts stores started carrying them when Gopher Engines went belly up. I've installed one of them in a customers car and have had no problems with it.

Did another round of looking online and sending emails trying to find a halfway decent set up. Still no luck. I am waiting to hear back from a couple people though. Blueprint has one thats not to bad and would be in my price range but then you have to buy all the extras to go along with it. So you gotta add another $600. Frustrating
Anyone else know of the tri star name? Or any other trust worthy builders that I can get a good set up?
    Thanks All
