I went out to the local powersports dealer in town to talk to the pin striper they had there for their open house and low and behold, he cut me a really good price on doing my grille shell, cowl, trunk and around the tail lights. The stripes I had on it before were vinyl transfer type and while I liked the design, I never really liked the idea of " decals " on my roadster but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. I'm really happy with the result, not Von Dutch quality but pretty nice. What do ya think!
Those are some really nice lines, and Von Dutch didn't always hit the ball out of the park. That guy did a real fine job! KK
Thanks guys, I'm really happy because I just told him what I wanted and walked away and let him do his thing. I had looked at his book and figured he'd know what to do. He's from Indiana, name is Steve Baller.
Knowing when to quit laying lines on a car is just as important as knowing how and having the touch and I'd say that he gets it.
Verrrrry niiiiice. And at a reasonable price,, You'll have those lines long after he spent the dough.
Very nice job Don !! Good for you.....and knowing the rest of your car, it fits in really nice.. Can't wait to see it, Cheers, Bob
Thanks Bob, one of these days I'm gonna drive to Dodgeville and pick up Jim and we'll stretch the legs on the roadster and run to Brodhead.
