    Hi everyone,

i have now a Chevy Fleetline from 51
thinking to make a mild Kustom of it
took the engine out dissambled it completly and i will keep the 6in line its a 235CI dont think of replacing it with a V8.

and for the grill i worked a 53corvette grill in the original grill.

so kinda end up here to get some more info about my engine and see how you folks doiin it to learn some more stuff, some tips n tricks :)

and i know its not done on the best way but when i have more money and the space il start over again, now i makin it drivable and that it looks okej ...exept the bodywork like fenders, doors, roof, trunk and the engine with transmission that im gone do perfect... but first i wanne make it drivable ... so i can enjoy ridin it till i have enough money saved to do it completly,

Hello and welcome from the west coast of Florida.

It appears you really are off to a great start and the photo's show how detailed you are in getting everything completed the right way.

Please keep posting as your project continues because I for one would really be interested in following along.

The grille really looks cool and it fits perfect.

Any idea on the exterior color you might use?

Can't wait to see more pictures. Best of luck. Jimbo

    Hey Jimbo,

Thx yeach the grilled fits perfect with a small adjustments.

dont know about the exteriur bit the interiur, the whole roof opholstery is gone
bit ive been thinkin to instead of opholstery i will put all old or old looking pictures together from customs, family friends... ect ect so when you look up you see all the photos :)

and for the seats and dash think i gone leave it that way nothing special.

So i not made up my mind yet about the outside of the car but i have to know soon so i know wich color i have to paint the engine :D

But il see howmuch it will cost for the engine to make it as good as new and then il see what i can spend to do the bodywork ...
