Would the 19" wire wheels fit on f100 front brakes and 40 rear brakes. Would I need the Kesley Hayes Adapters found on rally America? Or would the cheaper counter part from speedway work? Speedway Adapter is just a thin piece of Metal not a bolt on adapter like jimmy sells. Here's a link to the rally America page http://www.rallyamerica.com/Adapters.html
    Thanks

  2. The "thin piece of metal" (probably not a very good description) will work for the rear. The fronts will be a problem that you should ask Richard Lacy (earlyv8@aol.com, (626) 338-2282). I am not sure the Rally America one will do what you want, you should call them and ask about your specific application.

  4. This is the one you need on the rear where you use the 1940 brake drum/hub. Some people just use a ring for this application. Be sure your studs are long enough for this piece.

Only with a spacer/adapter that is about 1.250 thick. And if you are running any more power than a Banger forget it as those wheels are rather frail.

No, I hear the adapter rings won't work on those drums either but I've never tried.
