I've been working getting my 46 K1 back on the road. This was my wife's grandpa's farm truck. The truck was last on the road in 79 and actually stored in a barn until I brought it home. I removed the bench seat and removed the mice nests. Got the nests out of the glove box too. I found more nests in the headliner and behind the wiper access panels. Still smells like mice. Plan includes: Get front suspension rebuilt, get rear suspension rebuilt, get brakes rebuilt, replace all the cloth wire chewed up (see mice nests above), push out the caved in roof, start engine, I did find a silver arrow flashlight ("Made in Hong Kong British Empire") in the glove box. New batteries and it works. I know it hasn't been used since the 70s. Parts I have laying around (and not sure if I'll use them for the truck) include: Ford 5.0 complete with fuel injection/computer/harness C4 8" rear end upper and lower Mustang II control arms, steering rack 240z parts car 6 car guys with 12 different opinions I'll be posting stupid questions on how to rebuild something: king pins are first up! rick
