Hi people, I've been reading much about flatheads and have just bought an 8ba. I'm on for a steep learning curve. But way up for it. Seems hard to find good information here on the Gold Coast. My project is a rat rod 8ba powered short wheelbase Land Rover rat(please don't boot me out just yet) It's a very different project Thanks Big-b!
You might need to check on whether your project's appropriate for this forum mate, folks here can direct you to a number of flathead forums. Good luck, Matt
Yes I was a little unsure of mentioning the project but a lot of my research led back to this forum. So I thought I'd join and and offer some kind of support. Fingers crossed.
Welcome from another Aussie here. I would advise you not to use the term Rat and Rod in the same sentence on this forum. As for the Land Rover well it sure sounds different.
Thanks for the advice. There seems to be more flat stuff coming out of the southern states, i'll keep searching up here.
