Hello all! Embarking on a project to revive an old mild custom '55 Mercury Montclair. Back quarters have been extended about a foot and has been nosed and decked. Not sure how many decades ago it was done, but it is all in lead. Dropping in a 302 / C4 for the first order of business. External add ons will be lake pipes and cruiser skirts with a large helping of satin black on the thing when done. Look forward to chatting and sharing/getting advice as this (probably long term) project gets going!! Klaus
