Sorry didn't post the price list....$35. ea day -Car & Driver to run...Crew-General admission both days $10. a head...Show Info on Sunday....$10 to register show car p***enger $10. . Swap meet spot $25. Actually cheaper general admission-crew than last year on Sunday, with show moved from Sat.
NETO & East Coast G***ers run on Sat...make as many time trials-grudge runs -test n tune as you can ,time permitting. Free Camping and parking on track property.No Racing on Friday,so ya can come in early.Some Guys planning on attending the Piston Poppers Cruise-in on main st. Friday night, down the road in Pittsfield.
Sunday is Car Show & Eliminations.

Some more. Saturday was a complete washout but Sunday more than made up for it. The white 62 Corvette is the late John Gunns original street and race care ran several cl***es in the late 60's until about 1985 when he drove it in his wedding procession parked it and never took it out again. Sadly he died last year and never got to enjoy it again or see his daughter drive it. (his plan), roadster is Don Gallant from Dons speed shop original car that he raced in the fifties and won a big auto show with at the time. The Volvo is the late Ron Mooreheads car and this thing was a terror at Dover in the 60"s winning almost weekly in stock cl*** an stock eliminator

My car an the "Russo and Santo" C/G willys I know John and we had a grudge match during time trials. We ran a 11.43 he ran a 10.40 needless to say he won. 350 cu.in. vs 502 cu.in.

Cool pics Pat. I wish I went 10.40, was a 10.73 that run. It was a fun weekend. I even had a good time Saturday with all the rain. Only minor bummer was losing in the final (I red lit) to that dragster with all the electronics in the no electronics cl*** I ran in. I still went home with a smile. Made lots of new friends and saw many old ones too.

 

Great time Sunday.Got to talk to Dino,Jack Olcott,Bobby Schlegel but missed Pat-1934Coupe.Spent most of the time in the stands watching the racing.Was lot of show cars.Few pics.

 

The 63 was banging some gears.That Falcon wagon was a killer sleeper.Low 11's.

 

AA/FD did a few cackles
