Will this help? What are you planning? Also - check with Boones - he has a ton of Sedan research pics. Rolf has some amazing posts fitting his 30-31 coupe on Deuce rails as well.
haystack, do you have any pics on how you did the rear of the body for frame clearance? I wold like to see that.
Haystack im just about to start on getting a pile of s**** together, i hope it looks as good as yours,
Haystack, you nails the tire size. I really love the tall skinny tire look when doing a traditional styled hot rod. If anyone is building a Hot Rod and not worried about it looking bias ply traditional, dont let Abone fool you. His is pure hotrod. its low, wide and noisey just like it should be. Here are some A's on 32 rails, not all 30/31... but cool looking (the tub was put in because I like it and its a slightly different look but easy to vision it as a sedan) If I was building a sedan on 32 rails, the red/white one pictures is exactly what I would build
I second that both for Haystacks tire selection and Abones car being awfuly damn noisy, but its a good whine from that quickchange.
BTTT........Before anyone starts and points out the obvious....Yes I know this an OLD post...LOL..I just looking to see who else is done an A sedan on Deuce rails lately...Just did a deal to today for a nice a sedan body and a new repo set of deuce rails...
Since you drug this one back up and my old pics disappered, here is one just for ****s.. See ya, -Abone.
Hey Abone now I will have a few questions on your model A instead of a 40 ford LOL.....How is the 39 ford coming along
That car of Haystacks..Didn't Lukester chop that?..The only reason that come to mind is because when Lukester cut the roof he cut on the wrong sides of the tape line so instead of a 4'' chop it turned out to be 6'' LOL...Not sure if that's the same car...
Just starting bodywork and final ***embly. This shot is just epoxy primer before bodywork. See ya, -Abone.
