Somewhere on an external hard drive I have a write up on how to set a GM TV cable , I will try to search it out and post it , it may help , it may be a waste of band width , but I'll try to find it any way .

I had a 700r4 on my last rod before I sold it, put 6,000 miles on the car and didnt have one problem with the ******....it was built by a good friend of mine locally who owns one of the biggest ****** shops in our town. Have another one all built and ready to go on my current coupe project.

Yes, thanks I got it from here thanks to the guys, but Bowtie was not willing to provide it even after selling me two kits that did not fit up or work correctly.

Emailed them and got a reply saying it can only be done to 4L60 electronic ******s, so I guess it was worth asking and thanks for the idea.

have you also looked at cooling. I had a brand new trans cooler that had a blockage in it and we went thru 2 trans before we found it

Honestly, it has never really gotten hot, but at this point I am willing to take a look to be sure.
I pulled the pan twice now to see if there was anything that should not be there or excess clutch wear but the fluid was pretty clean as was expected.

It goes but flares badly at corners or between shifts.

  8. A 4L60e is the same as a 4L60/700R4 but with electronics.

For the electric lock up you might be interested in the ball bearing trick.

As for the TV on build re: sbc, 700R & w/edelbrock it'll receive a Overdrive made easy TV kit and a visit fro my cousin (Transmission grulu) for final set up.
