My recently purchased 61 tbird has had colony of rodents living in it some time in the past.I have been stripping the interior and cleaning down to metal. How do I get the rodent piss smell out of my car?Besides replacing and repainting the whole interior. The seats and headliner are salvageable and I have thrown away all of the carpet and insulation.Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks,Dan

Try to find some powered chlorine dioxide , it's not available on a retail level but we use it in the wine industry as a sanitizer . One of our sales vendors told me they sell it in a powder form to alot of detailers to get stinky smells out of interiors. I have it in liquid form . It kind of works like baking soda sucking up the smell.

  4. Pull out the headliner. They were in there too. They're always in the headliner.

I looked hard at the headliner and cant find any evidence they made it that far.The headliner is almost perfect and I would hate to pull it right now.Hey NAS Backyard I found a "boat bomb " at overtons for $10.Supposed to treat 100 cf.I will let you know how it works.
