1940 Ford models

Please, can anyone tell me the difference between the 1940 Ford Business Coupe 67B and the 1940 Ford Five Window Coupe 77B.

Business Coupe=Opera Coupe

What next, did Ford actually call wheels "round donut thingies"?

 

Weez, please educate me. What is the difference exactly.

 

Business coupe has a package tray behind the seat and a flip up backrest for access into storage area under the package tray and trunk.

Opera coupe has two small flip down seats behind the front seat. No package tray obviously.

 

Ford made two coupes for 1940. The business coupe, also known as the opera coupe, came with jump seats in the back. The 5 window coupe is the model with the package tray ad the flip up backrest. The major difference between these two models, other than the seats, is the floor pan. The floor on the 5 window has a 4.5" rise while the business coupe does not.

 

All 40 ford coups are 5 window
