    Super cool and I really dig those paint jobs but one today will cost a very pretty penny to have done.

    I still tend to like 70's grooming also.

  9. Kelvin Polonich's "Clown Car" 55 Chev, from Saskatoon Saskatchewan. Painted in the early 70's. Pic is less than a month old, so the paint is going on 40 yrs old.

    There wouldn't happen to be any pics of this cars interior around would there?
     
  18. I don't have any pics on the computer, but I can tell you it is a light brown tuck and roll. Everything that could unbolt inside, EVERYTHING, is chromed, pedal arms, moldings, dash trim. Kelvin is good friends with a guy that owned a chrome shop:) The undercarriage is the same. I cannot even fathom what it would cost to redo the chrome on this car.

  21. Scott that model A is the old HOUSE OF HARD TOPS CAR outa Portland built by Russ Meeks the fuel lines for the tri-power was really cool kinda looked like a still...The owners name was Dick Brollier if I remember right ,circa 1965

    Always been fascinated by these paint jobs! A lot of the funny cars from that era were completely over the top! I love looking at old HOT ROD mags just to see the paint!
