eddyville saturday night

took my 16 years old son to the 1/8 mile dragraces at eddyville iowa saturday night. altered nitro shoot out. every time i see cars like that i am impressed what mortal man can build with his hands. there was one altered that was about 10 dollars short of being a full funny car. when that car took off it literally startled you, shook every organ in your body. then scared you again. a mere mortal man could control that beast. needless to say my young son was way impressed. might have started a expense p*** time for my son. but to see the look on his face, it might be worth it

 

That must of been the ******* who kept me up all night sat!
I only live bout 1/2 mile from there

 

I was there as well; I thought it was a great show!

 

Awe Man.....and I missed it . Wanted to go but got asked to help work on a car for a friend.
