I was wondering if someone could help me out on this? I have a chance to pick up a '48 like this for a steal, but I need to know what it would look like hammered to the ground. I want to keep the wide whites, but need a little al***ude adjustment! Anything else you want to do to it would be cool too! Maybe black with flames?

Ha! Actually - personally - I hate those things, but I may get to it later.

 

I think its safe to say it got the better of me, Cant be bothered finishing it but Ill post it anyway. I was just trying to make it into something more attractive but think it looks too modern. oh well.

Here´s a really cut up nash i did some time back. I think i may have turned it into a Saab!

 

OK, I'll play. Here is my version.
I wanted to keep its "Nashiness," so I didn't chop it, but I did section the roof crown down to the drip rail, which has a nice line. The windshield is chopped a bit to match the side window height. I also moved the front door rear-edge back to meet the back door and thinned the B-post in the process.

Theres no way I can do chrome wheels and keep those hideous caps so you`ll have to make do & use your imagination.

well some of you know my bike was stolen, just got it back & now want to change it up some..I know not a hot rod but please do your magic & give me some motivation

I'm think flat metallic gold paint, white/black scallops or pin-striping, black rims, white wall rims

 

Can anyone take a stab at chopping my buddy's 51 chevy 4 door? He wants to keep it a 4 door though for the kids.
Maybe play around with some cool custom paint jobs? or even just cl***ic black... and lower it, but not to the point where it would be unpractical and need airbags.
Right now he has no lowering blocks in it or coils cut up front and just stock skirts. Maybe add some cool 50's hubcaps to it or lake pipes? Play around a little, would love to see some cool ideas.

It is going to be a jaguar powered boat tail racer that started out as the roof of a 54 Cadillac. ...and is being skinned with other roof, door skins, and hoods.

Feel free to tweak anything you feel needs to be tweaked.

Well, as it´s sort of a Jag, I´d go for a fenderless XK120 look, starting with the grille (which I´m sure someone repops, though the scale of it may not be quite right). The rest just falls into place.
