Hey Mark!! Greetings from Michigan. Looks like you guys put on a show that is second to none. You wouldn't be trying to top the Woodward Dream cruise would you? Just kidding but if the pictures you and others posted is representative of a typical get together up there you certainly don't take a back seat to anyone.
Hope our paths cross someday soon...........it's been too long.

Howdy Frank....good hearing from you brother......thanks for the nice thoughts on our E.L.T.A. party......you should come up Frank....it be great and I know you'll definitly know a lot of the folks that attend from the "drag racing world".

That would be cool ....old Harv Humphies that built and owned the model A since 1961 would love to see your picture. I'll let him know he made a fan many years ago when he ran at Milan Dragway.....it's the real deal.

 

I only saw this car run once, but at the time it was my favorite!
I remember talking with the owner in the pits, very nice fellow, he really stoked my Fire for old Flatheads!
glad to see its still around and in good hands.

 

That's such a cool story brother....Harv will love this picture and I know he'll be happy to hear how you really liked his A.

You should come up next year to the party man and reunite with Harvey after all these years....that would be so cool.

We were there didn't get there till later in the evening was a great time till the rain came we were in an open top car so couldn't really deal with the rain we beat the rain home though..... Looking forward to the BBQ in sept. Thanks to everyone putting on this event.

Always great to have the "Wagonburners" at the party......sorry I missed you but for sure we'll get the time to chat on Sept. 16 down at the shop.

 

It was one of the high points of the evening brother.....sorry it took me three tries to work your camera.....lol......but it was a beauitful moment for sure. Hope you and the future Mrs Roadagent can make the FAll E.L.T.A. Mixer.
