Hi, I'm new here. I've been into, want, hanging out in the hot-rod/ street rod scene for 50 years. In the late 60's early 70's I hung out at the drags and loved the altereds and g***ers. I posted earlier but don't know what happened to it,Oh well. I hate the phoney people who show up with a killer car but don't know jack about it.( Look at me I'm cool now) I liked rat rods for a long time, now it's the in fad. I guess I'll try something else. If all you say here is true, I've been looking a long time for this site. I hate furom flamers an want-a-be's. I've been an auto mechanic all my life until a heart problem a few years ago.
