Kinda off topic, but not really. My buddy has a monster jeep that he has been building for years. He always wanted to alter the wheelbase, by doing so he would have to cut the rear wheelwells. He didn't because his wife told him not to, it would look bad. Well about 6months ago they got divorced, she has been cheating on him for years! Ya know what the first thing we did was? Darn straight, we busted out the angle grinder and chopped half the rear end off the body and moved that axle back as far as we could.

The moral of the story is.........don't get married!

More Anniversary Gold

 

This is an old thread but I didn't think I would like gold on a 32 5 window until I saw this one.
Danny @HOTRODPRIMER has a friend who built an outstanding 32 -34 confused pickup that looks really nice in gold as well.

 

We have owned this 34 years now. Don’t know the colour , we just used the Glasurit profy (sp) system and stopped on the chart when we (my wife always picks the colours) was right.

 

That turned out nice for a Revell model...
