Hey all, new member here, although I've been lurking for a bit. Getting prepared to buy my first project car, and trying to learn as much as I can. I've been building motorcycles for a while, and am ready to tackle something a little more challenging. Selling off all the bikes and parts to help finance my first build, ideally a 60-ish Falcon g***er. Looking forward to learning a few things from everyone!
Unless you just have to have a 60-62 go with a 63 and up with a V8 stock you will have a lot more room for the trans
I'd thought of that, but it's much easier to pick something up with a sixer, and for much less money. Doesn't bother me much to cut out the floor and build around whatever I end up putting in, being the metal work is the least intimidating part of a project like this for myself personally.
