My first post, I have been retired for 6 years, mainly selling John Deere Tractor Parts for old 2 cyl tractors. This has given me somthing to do, I am tired of tractors, wanting to pursue another interest which is Model A Fords. I have purchased a 1928 Model AA Doodlebug, which has been fun, now I want to build a Model A Pickup with a late model Ford Flathead, which I have purchase and a 1939 Ford 3 speed synco transmission, also I have bought a Model A running gear with juce brakes, it has a Ford 1940 Front end and a 9" Ford rear end with coil over shocks. Thats about it. John

Welcome from Kansas. The Model A pick-up sounds like a good traditional project.

My son and I built a Model A high-boy coupe and; We have been building a flathead powered 29 roadster for several years.
